 Baggage Claims

In case of baggage loss or damage or its insufficiency the passenger should turn to Lost and Found Department prior to his exit from the arrival zone to draw the Property Irregularity Report.
The written claim on the matter should be sent to the carrier immediately on defining the damage done, but not later than 7 days from the date of arrival.
In case of baggage delivery delay the claim should be sent to the carrier during 21 days from the date of delivery.
The Airline’s International Flight Luggage Responsibility
Airline’s responsibility for loss, damage, insufficiency or delivery delay of the luggage that was checked without its value declaration, is limited to 20$ for 1 kg of the checked luggage.
The Airline shall not be responsible for damage caused to fragile or unstable items, money, jewelry, precious metals items, securities and business documents, medicines, keys, passports, IDs and articles that are not accepted as checked luggage.
