TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

When traveling by air, do not forget to take your passport (with visa if required), air ticket and any other documents required for entering the country. You can receive the information on these documents only at the consulate of the country you intend to visit.
Passengers are responsible for proper completion of their documents and are required to observe all laws, resolutions, regulations and instructions of governmental bodies of the country of origin, transit or destination, applicable to passport, customs, currency, health, quarantine and other formalities as well as all rules and instructions set by the Motor Sich JSC Airline.
Please, note that our airline may refuse to render services to passengers who have incorrectly completed their documents.

CHECK IN
Each airport has its own check-in time rules. Do not forget to inquire the check-in time as you buy your ticket, otherwise you may turn up late and the carrier airline shall have the right to dispose of your seat at its own discretion.
At the check-in counter you show your ticket and your traveling passport to a representative of the airline or a registering clerk who will register your baggage and give you a flight coupon where your seat is indicated.
