Pregnant women and newborns
Pregnant women with the expected delivery date falling within the next four weeks are required to have their doctor's written consent to fly. The medical examination must be registered no less than seven days before the flight.
Doctors advise parents not to take children under seven days of age on the flight.
Services for the disabled
We offer a number of special services for disabled passengers during boarding and departure from the plane as well as during the flight, including providing a wheelchair. Please note that disabled passengers must inform airline representatives that such services will be needed when booking a flight, no less than 72 hours before departure.
Disabled passengers must also have a certificate stating that they have undergone medical examination. The airline can refuse to render its services to disabled passengers if their physical state presents a danger to the flight's security or creates discomfort for other passengers.
Traveling with children
An adult passenger may take one child under two years of age on-board with a 90% discount (without a separate seat). A passenger can book a separate seat for the child but in this case, he will have to pay the full price of a ticket for children under 12 years of age. For the second, third or more children under two years of age traveling with one adult, passengers are required to purchase tickets for children under 12 years of age.
The cost of the ticket for children under 12 is usually 50% of a full fare ticket for adults. Certain conditions apply to discounts on special fares. The ticket includes a seat on-board and free baggage transportation according to the class of service.
Adults must accompany infants under 2 years. Babies under 10 months and under 10 kilograms can travel in a special cradle on board. It is recommended to inform the airline that such services will be needed when booking a ticket, but not later than 24 hours before the flight. Passengers with babies can change their napkins on board.
Traveling with pets
If you decide to take your pet with you on your flight please notify the company's representative when booking a seat or purchasing a ticket and get acquainted with the rules of the country of destination regarding pets.
In order to take a pet on the flight, you must receive a veterinary certificate at a state veterinary clinic as well as an authorization to take your pet abroad.
The passenger must have a container or a kennel for a pet of an appropriate size and with air access. Container for an animal must be constructed in such a manner that prevents leaks and must be covered with soft moisture absorbing cloth. In exceptional situations a pet may be carried in a basket with a cover. The size of the dog kennel should allow the dog to stand and to turn.
Remember a vet medicine chest and some fodder to feed the pet en route.
The passenger can take just one pet (a dog, a cat or a bird) in the corresponding container to the aircraft cabin. If the pet’s weight (together with container) exceeds 5 kg, it must travel in the luggage compartment.
The pet’s weight (with container) is not included in the free baggage allowance and is charged as excess baggage. Guide dogs accompanying blind passengers are transported for free.
You can learn the information on exotic animals transportation conditions when booking the ticket.
